Do you as a designer see things differently?

Figures from Verisign released like week put the total number of unique domain names on the internet has reached 180 million.
This rose up 12% from last year with researchers estimating there are roughly 183 million domains registered across each of the top level domains.
Being a Graphic and Web Designer i would like to know
1.) What percentage are actively being used in a constructive way on a regular basis.
2.) What percentage are maliciously owned with no intent other then domain squatting or being used for spam.
